At Moonglow Jewelry, we want you to cherish your custom moon phase pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Moonglow packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include all original inserts.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
